Posted On January 27, 2021 Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism is holding a pair of exercise programs for the public. ZUMBA: Zumba, for ages 10 and up, will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:45-7:45 p.m. at Botetourt Elementary. Classes begin Feb. 8 and end March 8. Hannah Bychowski will serve as instructor. The fee is $45 and the deadline to register is Feb. 7. CHAIR YOGA: Chair Yoga classes are offered on Mondays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to noon at the Whitcomb Lodge at Beaverdam Park. Chair yoga features a chair as base for movements. The single class fee is $9 per class or sign up for a session for $32. Instructors are Paula Stefanic (Mondays) and Sherry Stikeleather (Fridays). Deadline is four days prior to class. ....
