The Post comes from Tashi Garcia—who ran Chapman House Smoked Means, did pop-ups throughout the city, and was a sommelier and wine buyer at Smith & Wollensky s—and his fiancée, Rebecca Rodriguez. The couple is offering mostly old-world wines and craft beer, plus a food menu that includes massive, wet-aged steak dishes like a 40-ounce tomahawk, 20-ounce bone-in ribeye, and New York strip. Garcia prepares each steak over a wood-fire grill, then serves them with sides like brussel sprouts and macaroni and cheese in béchamel.
