Fox 17 reports that students 12 and over are eligible, as well as their parents or guardians.
GRPS is partnering with the Kent County Health Department and Walgreen’s for the upcoming clinics:
Ottawa Hills High School Gymnasium – June 2 from 2-8 p.m.
Innovation Central High School – June 3 from 2-8 p.m.
Union High School Gymnasium – June 4 from 2-8 p.m.
Appointments are required and can be made on Walgreen s website here. You can also follow this link to scan a QR code.

SO WHICH IOWANS ARE GETTING VACCINATED 56% ARE FEMALE AND TWO AND A QUARTER PERCENT OF THOSE GETTING VACCINATED ARE LATINO OR HISPANIC THE US CENSUS SAYS THAT GROUPS MAKE MAKES UP OVER 6% OF IOWA’S POPULATION LEADERS IN THE DES MOINES LATINO COMMUNITY ARE HELPING TAKE THE VACCINE TO THE PEOPLE RIGHT NOW VOLUNTEERS ARE HELPING THEM. LINE UP FOR APPOINTMENTS KCCI’SP MOINES WHERE COMMUNITY GROUPS ARE USING THEIR CONNECTIONS. THE REASON I’M SURROUNDED BY FOOD IS THAT THIS IS A FOOD PANTRY. BUT TODAY IT’S ALSO A PLACE FOR PEOPLE TO SIGN UP FOR A VACCINATION. COMMUNITY LEADERS REALIZED THEY HAD A NATURAL PLATFORM TO HOLD A CLINIC THEY JUST NEEDED THE DOSES. THIS SPACE HOLDS A FOOD PANTRY FOR ABOUT 250 FAMILIES EVERY WEEK. SULE. GARCI ....
