Officer Destiny Silva, a police spokeswoman, said officers responded around 11:09 a.m. Wednesday to reports of a disturbance between two men involving a weapon near the intersection of Oltorf Street and Willow Creek Drive. Officers found an injured man inside a car in the area, Silva said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. A blue SUV with multiple occupants was seen leaving the area around the time of the incident, according to witnesses.
