$20,000 Reward Offered After Truckload Of Copper Stolen From Muskogee Business
A $20,000 reward is being offered in the hopes someone can find the three men who stole a truck full of copper from a Muskogee scrap yard, Wheeler Metals.
Surveillance video shows a bright yellow truck pull through one of the entrances to Wheeler Metals Friday around 8:30 p.m. Two men then head for an enclosed trailer full of copper, attach the trailer to the truck, and drive off in less than 30 minutes.
“This is a substantial amount of copper – it’s a big deal, said Muskogee County Undersheriff Greg Martin. He said they are looking for three men, two who were in the yellow truck, and one who was a lookout and driving a dark green Range Rover. ....
