Exonerated who had been sentenced to death. i often read about the d.n.a. exxon her rating people on death row proving innocence. but, if you have been convicted of a crime and you have now you have gone through the appellate procedure and suddenly now you think i want d.n.a. testing. my first never thought of it and didn t have the money or whatatever, you want to get the d.n.a. testing. you find the lawyer who is willing to put up the money or someone else. i have seen that prosecutors will resist the d.n.a. testing which will show whether the person, you know is guilty or not. because in some cases d.n.a. will do it alone. absolutely. d.n.a. is only available in about 10% of cases where you do have biological evidence to compare to make some d.n.a. comparison on. but what s remarkable is that when you could very easily solve the problem by doing a d.n.a. comparison, doing sampling, as you said, prosecutors will resist this
