Areas still trying to recover from the last round of downpours. the roads look more like rivers. look at this. the pictures are reminiscent of the aftermath of a hurricane and now we are told it could be getting worse. rick reichmuth has that lovely update. there is a lot more rain head towards that area. this is the latest in the last four or five storms left at least. we had a snowy winter and now we are getting what wet march. severe areas, one tornado watch in effect until 5:00. then we have a new severe thunderstorm watch. these storms certainly have a history of producing tornadoes and very damaging wind. the north side of this storm, you see that white, the snow act colder areas. by the rain hasn t made it way into the jersey area. i ll show you what you can expect there. you have the severe threat across the south. in georgia we could see tornadoes and hail.
