Delhi s Environment Minister, Gopal Rai, penned a letter to the Uttar Pradesh Transport Minister, urging action against non-destined vehicles entering Delhi from the UP border to curb pollution. He proposed redirecting these vehicles through Eastern and Western Peripheral expressways before reaching Delhi. Rai recommended deploying extra enforcement teams at entry points.
