Closing of Offering of Senior Secured Notes, 17 Dec 2020 06:57

December 17, 2020 - Luxembourg: ContourGlobal Power Holdings S.A. (the Issuer ) today announced the closing of its previously announced offering of €410 million aggregate principal amount of 2.75% senior secured notes due 2026 (the 2026 Notes ) and €300 million aggregate principal amount of 3.125% senior secured notes due 2028 (the 2028 Notes and collectively, the Notes ) in a private offering to eligible purchasers.
The Issuer intends to use a portion of the net proceeds from the notes offering to redeem the €450 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.375% senior secured notes due 2023 and to use the remaining net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including to pay for a portion of the previously announced Western Generation acquisition, a 1,502 MW portfolio of long term contracted assets in the United States and Caribbean. ....
