近日，卫河、共渠上游及我市普降大到暴雨，卫河、共渠来水量猛增，防汛抗洪压力极大。为确保重点地区人民群众生命财产安全，经省防汛抗旱指挥部同意，市防汛抗旱指挥部决定于7月24日13时，启用白寺坡蓄滞洪区。现将有关事项公告如下：
一、白寺坡蓄滞洪区范围：共产主义渠东堤以东，卫河河堤、傅庄堤以西，屯子码头以南，省道S305（大海线）以北，涉及浚县小河、白寺、屯子、卫溪办、浚州办5个乡镇和街道办事处及浚县农场、军农场。请经过此区域的广大群众合理规划路线，绕行蓄滞洪区。
二、公安部门将对蓄滞洪区道路实行交通管制，严禁所有车辆和人员进入。
