Postman given BBC Christmas Star award after raising over £17k for Heywood Foodbank

Steven Kay has delivered post in fancy dress since the start of lockdown in March
Steven Kay, a postman doing the rounds in Heywood, has been presented with a Christmas Star Award by BBC North West Tonight.
Steven was given the award on Friday 4 December as a result of raising more than £17,000 for Heywood Foodbank this year. He has been delivering post in fancy dress costumes since the start of lockdown in March 2020.
To date, Steven has raised £17,687 for his local foodbank and hopes to hit the £20,000 mark before the end of the year. ....
