Within the last five Minutes Police tell us this vehicle was approached by an officer in rite aid in the parking lot and the driver put the van in reverse and dragged the officer some 15 feet before taking off. The vehicle is a green Dodge Caravan with rhode island plates reading iy 888. Police say the van had a ladder and ladderra we are told officer is going to be okay.
