Jepthah Micah Hardison was last seen about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 11300 block of Wilshire Boulevard, near the 400-acre VA campus close to the San Diego (405) Freeway. Family members of Hardison haven t heard from him and “are very concerned, said Los Angeles County Sheriff s Department Deputy Trina Schrader. Hardison, who is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes, suffers from PTSD “and other various medical conditions, Schrader said.
