Police are alerting Edgewater residents after two gunmen robbed four separate victims Saturday evening in the North Side neighborhood.
Within 70 minutes, the suspects exited an SUV and came up to each victim with a handgun, Chicago police said.
They demanded each victim’s belongings and took their cellphone and cash, police said. Before leaving, the suspects allegedly instructed each victim to unlock the phone and turn off its tracking feature.
The robberies happened on Dec. 12:
about 7:09 p.m. in the 5800 block of North Paulina Street;
about 7:33 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Peterson Avenue;
about 7:45 p.m. in the 5600 block of North Glenwood Avenue; and
