Wabano is one of three outdoor and cultural educators with the Lac Seul First Nation Education Authority, which serves Frenchman s Head, Kejick Bay, and Whitefish Bay communities. Through the pandemic Wabano and his colleagues have adapted to new ways of land-based learning.(Submitted by Weslie Wabano) Outdoor and cultural educators with the Lac Seul First Nation Education Authority have had to adjust their teaching strategies over the course of the pandemic, shaking up the way they deliver land-based learning opportunities to students within their communities.
