HARRISBURG, Ill. (WSIL) A country music superstar hit the stage Wednesday night in Harrisburg. Wynonna performed at the Saline County Fairgrounds.
Organizer Lisa Knight told me proceeds will go to Coleman Tri-County Services, which offers developmental training, and different support services to adults with disabilities.
Fans were excited to come out and say this event was well-needed due to these recent tough times. There s been nothing to do and all of a sudden you have this kind of event come to Harrisburg for such a small community, it s such a great cause as well. And we re just as excited as can be. I didn t even sleep much last night just thinking about it! We re having a good time, said Wes Sherrod.
