The investigation is ongoing. Update 1: On Dec. 20, 39-year-old Welsey Naytowhow was located by Prince Albert RCMP, inside a vehicle with another occupant, travelling east on the north side grid between Little Red River First Nation and Highway 2. Naytowhow and the occupant of the vehicle were arrested without incident and taken into police custody for further investigation. The vehicle in which Naytowhow was located, is not the same vehicle he was reported to be travelling in as stated in a media release issued on Dec. 17. The white Chevrolet Impala with Saskatchewan license plate 568 LNW was located abandoned on Friday, Dec. 18, on the Little Red River First Nation.

Saskatchewan RCMP are looking for two suspects after a 37-year-old man was allegedly stabbed and had his vehicle stolen on the Sturgeon Lake First Nation.

Police are looking for two suspects after a man was stabbed at a home on the Sturgeon Lake First Nation, north of Prince Albert Wednesday afternoon.
In a media release, Prince Albert RCMP said they attended the residence along with members of the Prince Albert Crime Reduction Team and RCMP Police Dog Services.
The initial investigation indicates a 39-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman first arrived at the home in a white Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The man entered the home and assaulted the victim while the female waited in the vehicle.
After the assault, the male suspect stole the victim’s vehicle a white Chevrolet Impala with Saskatchewan plate 568 LNW. He fled the scene. The woman followed in the Monte Carlo.
