STAR TANNERY — The owners of the proposed Simply Shenandoah nature resort in northwestern Shenandoah County say they’re working on finalizing financing before breaking ground on the $175 million project.
A large wellness resort coming to Shenandoah County is preparing to break ground this fall. The Simply Shenandoah resort will be built on 550 acres outside of Strasburg and hopes to open by the summer of 2025.
