The Auditor-General has refused a councillor’s request to investigate a decision by a committee of the Wellington City Council about the Central Library. Here is his reply, to Cr Fleur Fitzsimons who made the request.
Thank you for your email of 21 February raising concerns about decision-making by Wellington City Council (the Council) and requesting an investigation by our Office.
