Picture: BALJEET SINGH Quick action by staff members of Travel Well Fiji in Momi, Sigatoka, prevented a major fire from destroying the tourism property in the early hours of Thursday morning. Travel Well Fiji program manager Leba Digitaki said the fire started about 5am in the hotel’s main activity building. “By the time we found the fire, most of the building was on fire,” she said. “Our main concern was to make sure that it did not spread to other buildings nearby so we made sure to contain it.” ....
