Top achievers at Menglait Gadong Secondary School were awarded during a ceremony at the school’s Melati Hall yesterday.
Principal Osman bin Rajap, the guest of honour, congratulated the students for their achievements and lauded their hard work, commitment and focus on learning as their goals.
“Last year was a very challenging year, especially how the COVID-19 pandemic affected the education field, resulting in students having to follow learning sessions in the new norms, such as online learning,” he said.
The principal also shared the positive developments in six subjects that reached a percentage above the national average including Islamic Religious Knowledge, Combined Science, Chemistry, Physics, History and Food and Nutrition. ....
