Severe winter weather forces city facility and operational closures MGN and last updated 2021-02-15 21:41:27-05 CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas â City officials stated due to a second night of forecasted icy road conditions, road and bridge closures and severe cold and inclement weather, the City of Corpus Christi will remain closed along with most City offices. Those offices include City Hall, Development Services, Public Libraries, and Senior Centers on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021. First responders and Animal Care Services will continue providing services.
