ALBANY A Gloversville man was indicted this week on federal drug and weapons charges. Kent Tucker, 23, of Gloversville, was indicted Thursday on charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm in the furtherance of drug trafficking. The charges were announced in a joint press release issued by Acting U.S. Attorney Antoinette T. Bacon and John B. DeVito, special agent in charge of the state Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The indictment alleges that Tucker on Aug. 21 was determined by authorities to be in possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and a Glock handgun stolen from a Gloversville firearms dealer. ....
