Help clean up Richland Creek from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 19, in Waynesville.
Volunteers will meet at the Vance Street pavilion in the Waynesville Recreation Park and clean up along Howell Mill Road, walking the trail and stream bank of Richland Creek.
Gloves, trash bags, grabbers and vests will be provided, but participants should wear closed-toed shoes and long pants that can get dirty and wet. Bring a towel.
