Reporter both 18yearold David Eisenhower and 19yearold natalie keepers were arraigned this morning at the Montgomery County courthouse. Eisenhower charged with kidnapping and firstdegree murder. Keepers is accused of helping eisenhower after the murder and helping to hide the body of 13yearold nicole labelle. Nicoles mom tammy weeks reported the team missing wednesday morning. Police think she was killed sometime on or around saturday. Both eisenhower and keepers are 19, they will be charged family court. Eisenhower was assigned a public defender.
