Police say it was just after 7 00 wednesday morning when Delaware State PoliceCorporal Lloyd mccann tried to pull over a suspect after an earlier domestic dispute at this townhome complex. Thats when the suspect opened fire. Once that vehicle stopped, the suspect exited that vehicle and immediately ex changed gunfire with the trooper.
