At this early stage of the investigation it appears a male was walking outside kirker pass road and was struck by a civilian driver who then called chp via 911 to report the collision. As that was coming no the dispatch center, a clayton officer was heading into this area and spoke of the same maem lying in the roadway. While the infants mother attended to the other child and moore took the child from the stroller and ran out of the mall with the baby. The alleged abductor was royced and they called police and went to her home and found the baby here. Shortly after her arrest. Investigators said she told them she had been pregnant back in february but the baby did not survive or live long and when she held the infant in the mall and all the feelings came back and was sorry she took the child, that was shortly after the arrest a few months ago.
