The Chandler Lecture Series at Central Oregon Community College (COCC) is kicking off its spring season with Dan Pallotta's "Rethinking Charity: A Conversation on How to Become an Everyday Philanthropist," a virtual guest appearance combined with an in-person moderated panel discussion at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, in Wille Hall on the Bend campus.
