The popularity scale. people tend to personally like their own congressman. the reports we are getting back is that this time it could be different. i wanted to ask you, do you think some of the incumbent are in trouble? i talked to democratic campaign committee who handles the house. the average rating of approval for members of the house is about 88% or 89%. 70% now. i think the idea of a safe incumbent when i was in the business if you had an incumbent very rare they lose. if a wave hits, if a big issue comes along a lot of people who think they are safe will be in trouble. anything we are learning in august 2013 tell us something about what will happen in mid term of november 2014. because president obama s numbers are not good now it s hard to get those back up. and then if you take the fact that most incumbents lose seats ....
