But the city was not clear about how to provide this access so the homeless advocates here are a little skeptical about the plan until the city provides more details. Live in san jose, nannette miranda. And the city is investigating a crash involving a car and a pedestrian. The victim was running highway on east 80 toll plaza just after midnight. The chp Officials Say several vehicles hit and ran over the victim. Three driversco pulled over. Chp officials believe that someone else, though, hit the victim first. The initial victim that hit the pedestrian most likely would be blamed for the accident depending on the circumstances. But for some reason we dont know yet they failed to stop. The victim died at the scene, none of the people who stopped after hitting the victim were arrested. Authorities are looking for other vehicles who may have been involved. Far from winchester, as you mentioned. Workers hit that gas main when they were at a construction site. The gas main is here on hacienda avenue allowing the natural gas to escape. Police were called in to go to nearby homes and apartments on areas around here, virginia avenue, walnut drive, hacienda to tell people that because of the leak of natural gas, they may want to leave. We were told about 80 homes ultimately were evacuated this morning. All of those people were sent to the Campbell Community center. The good news is now, the leak has been capped. No danger, according to Campbell Police and pg e crews that have been here on the scene. Everyone is allowed to come back to their homes and there is no more risk in this area.
