And as for Parker, Whyte says he just doesn’t think Parker is the same fighter since they met in 2018, questioning his desire at this stage of his career. “Parker since he fought me, he hasn’t been the same, and he hasn’t fought any top guys. But he still talks, ‘I want the rematch, I want this and that.’ He’s a young guy, he’s tough, he can take a punch, but it seems like he hasn’t got so much drive any more.” Bringing the topic back to Chisora, Whyte goes on to emphasize that Chisora has the potential to be a problem for any fighter when he’s locked-in but that he also gives Parker a decent chance to win on points.
