One victim was a 3 month old who was killed when a tree fell on his familys mobile home. Meanwhile, hundreds have been rescued from the flood waters as florence sent feet into homes and businesses. It was waist deep inside the house. Once we got off the porch, it was up to our shoulders. The city of wilmington, North Carolina, became inaccessible after major flooding left all roads leading in and out of the city underwater. A local nbc reporter caught a group of looters on camera at a Family Dollar in wilmington. Police have reportedly arrested several individuals.
