Which is to intimidate and threaten and thats troubling. I was very troubled to hear in Public Comment about how in some of these establishments it seems like prices are being increased without any of what are the requisite approvals that need to be obtained. I would ask the City Attorney if you can please review the leases that are i dont know how many leases were talking about. The chair, maybe you can tell us maybe how many were talking about. I cant recall the exact number. Its somewhere in the range of eight to ten that were looking at, but id be happy to look into that question an report back. One question i would have is if a business and establishment raises prices can they do that unilaterally or do they have to go through a process where they require approval of management. I know john martin try to run a tight ship. One chemical question i would be would that be a breech of the lease . Were not there yet so i would ask we make a motion to continue this item to the first imme
And they close the streets. Sure. Its just difficult to get around. Is this what is going to happy new year with the warriors special events arena because the neighborhood is there . In an extent the traffic jams not just the games but the special events . Its a very good question and actually i can give you a multipart answer. In consistent with how we think about the building and how others perform in this market its a satellite and other events at moscone. We dont have a large floor. We cant accommodate trade shows and things like that. Were not designed for that. We heard from the folks at moscone that could be helpful and attract other events they couldnt otherwise secure we could provide a tiered seating environment for events associated with a broader convention where the ceo might want to address the sales force and moscone isnt equipped for that type of event. That might be one of 40 things that happy new year in a convention and we could be of service potentially offering tha

We will maintain all of the commitments and provide for right of transfer of exiti existing employees to come over here. And we have addressed the issues and the opportunities and were frankly i am personally excited about the warriors and how they stepped up to the table on this and really gone above and beyond. Great. Thank you. Yes commissioner. I just want to make one last comment for the warriors in interest of full disclosure. My organization working with the warriors, the filipino Heritage Games but i am very happy and commend the warriors for working with the community. The comments from the cac, the other organizations. I know youre working with ucsf but you continue to work with the community to continue to hire l
Opportunity to contract with some of the local restaurants to provide some of the service of foods or whatever opportunities they have, so thats something we look at when it comes before us. We always ask staff about it and we get reports about how local hire and opportunities that local people can actually from what is happening in San Francisco. Sure. The same goes to any art pieces that you may be want to put in this arena or even in the halls of the Office Buildings. We have incredible artists that you see many of their works, whether theyre on back drops for Carlo Santana to all great artists that we have especially in the southeast section so we have talked we maybe doing something to show case some of the artists that are local that could line the halls of the Office Building or line the halls of this beautiful stadium.
