This city-owned property at 306 S. Washington Avenue in downtown Clearwater is the site of one of the projects that received affordable housing Penny for Pinellas funding last month. The developer is proposing 153 units between 81 percent and 120 percent of area median income, or $84,000 for a family of four, the threshold of workforce housing.
