A large plume of smoke was seen over Blount and Jefferson counties today.The Warrior Fire Department had posted information that the smoke was from a tire fire, which had occurred during the afternoon.The Blount County Sheriff s Office was getting reports from citizens that the fire was coming from a location off County Line Road in the Trafford area.So far, there are no official reports of any dangers posed by the fire. ....
