本网讯 7月29日，Advanced Science在线发表了中国工程院院士、我校动医学院教授沈建忠团队题为“Mobile Colistin Resistance Enzyme MCR‐3 Facilitates Bacterial Evasion of Host Phagocytosis”的研究论文。该研究首次揭示MCR-3的表达不仅使细菌对黏菌素耐药，还可使其通过逃逸宿主巨噬细胞吞噬进而增强耐药菌的致病性。研究成果揭示了耐药基因的双重作用，提示人们需更加关注该类细菌所带来的感染风险。
