Tommy aka Thomas Shepherd grows up to be a Marvel superhero called Speed. Just like his uncle Quicksilver, he is a mutant who can run unbelievably fast.
Meanwhile, Tommy’s brother Billy aka William Kaplan-Altman becomes a Young Avenger called Wiccan.
Just like his mother Scarlet Witch, Wiccan has incredibly magical abilities, including reality warping.

The episode then concluded with Wanda inexplicably falling pregnant, before changing the black-and-white motif of the series to a colourised version.
WandaVision could be slowly leading up to recreate the comic book arc, House of M, in which Wanda finds out that she lost her children, who were fathered by Vision.
After she realises what ill fate has befallen her, she proceeded to go on a rampage and remove every trace of mutants (as seen in X-Men) from the world, eradicating all of their powers in the process.
