Wall Twp. Navy Veteran & Wife Lose Home in Christmas Fire
Tragedy struck a Wall Township couple early Christmas morning.
South Wall Fire Rescue responded to a report of a fire at a two-story home at 2549 Stearns Drive. The residence was fully engulfed in flames.

Wall Township Police Captain Greg Carpino told Star News Group four individuals exited the Stearns Drive home when police officers reached the scene.
Joseph Ervin, a Navy veteran, and his wife Patricia raised a family and spent 47 years in that home. This fire was so severe that nothing was salvageable.
While it s being reported that Joseph and Patricia escaped uninjured, sadly they lost their family cat. ....
