The government says the tests are out there the majority of tests are available within a ten mile radius. It seems to me that there will be extreme cases where people cannot get to test locations within that radius but that doesnt mean that, you know, Public Health england are not working night and day to boost capacity. Because he was in danger. Jurors rejecting defense arguments that routh, diagnosed with ptsd was legally insane.
