The first victim of the London Bridge terror attack to be named is jack merritt, killed while running a prisoner rehabilitation conference to which his assailant was invited. His attacker, usman khan, was released from prison last year after serving eight years for islamist terrorism. Previously he told the bbc he was not an extremist.
