Students told to foster unity in Naga society

Our ReporterDimapur, Oct. 19 (EMN): Nagaland Inspector General of Police (Range), Limasunep Jamir, has asked the students to work and understand the important of building relationships and identity. He was speaking on the 3rd day of All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) Collegiate Meet on Wednesday at Sakus Mission College, Dimapur. Sharing during the beat contest, Jamir said the programme will bring everyone together and advised the students to celebrate in the right way and manner. He also expressed happiness to see many people coming together to celebrate oneness. Narrating the history of ANCSU, he said that the union was formed in 1979 to protect the rights and interest as well as the aspirations of the colleges and universities. He said that objective of union was basically to address the rights of the students and various social issues.
