LAFAYETTE, Ind.  Wabash Township Trustee Jennifer Teising doesn t want to be judged or tried in Tippecanoe County on 20 felony charges that she stole taxpayer money. During the first-term Democratic trustee s initial hearing, Teising s attorney, Karen Celestino-Horseman, said she plans to file motions for a change of venue, a change of judge and a change of prosecutors.

(WLFI) - Wabash Township Trustee Jennifer Teising said she is being investigated by the state for her residency. However, she said this investigation is groundless and is a waste of taxpayer dollars. We spoke exclusively with Teising two weeks ago where she showed us documents proving where she lives. After that story aired, Indiana State Police contacted News 18 and requested the raw footage from that story for an investigation. When we reached out to Teising about this, she said she was willing to talk again on this issue.
