The Vulcan Regional Victim Services Society has a new program manager.
“I love it so far,” said Jasmine Rapuano, who started Dec. 1, during an interview. “Everyone has been amazing.”

She says she loves the organization’s aim, which is to limit the impact of crime or tragedy on victimized persons by providing assistance, support, information and referral to individuals living in and visiting Vulcan County.
When visiting victims, she said she allows to be “where they’re at,” and aims to help them out in whatever way they need at that time. That could mean providing referrals or emotional support during a difficult time. ....
