UPDATE 240PM: NV Energy says power is restored to all but around 10 customers. NV Energy is reporting more than 2700 customers are without power Wednesday afternoon in Douglas County, mostly near Stateline at Lake Tahoe.

Carson City Fire Department will be conducting wildland fuels reduction prescribed fire operations in the Voltaire Canyon area, beginning today and through the remainder of the week.
