ELKTON — Addiction recovery outreach program Voices of Hope has launched its Community Safety Net project to symbolize the support of people and services for those negatively impacted by drugs
A Lexington-based organization dedicated to supporting those in recovery from addiction is receiving a million-dollar grant from the state's opioid settlement funding.
