But, there have been certain principles that are broader than particular issues where every republican disagreed and they dont anymore. This has been turned on its head. In the very near future, no republican would have voted against aid to ukraine, i mean, we tried isolationism in the 1930s and it didnt work out very well. Now, republicans are saying, in essence, okay, Vladimir Putin, take it. You want ukraine, it is yours. Trump has said he would invite Vladimir Putin to invade nato countries.
