DIMAPUR Dimapur Government College (DGC) has launched Yuva tourism club on May 24 during a programme chaired by its assistant professor and teacher in-charge of the club, Dr. Temsusenla Jamir. Speaking at the launch event, Dr. Jamir informed that a total of 112 students have enrolled as members of the club and appreciated the enthusiasm showed by the students. She stated that the Ministry of Tourism initiated the establishment of ‘Yuva tourism clubs’ as part of the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations, stated an update from the college. Dimapur, Nov. 4 (EMN): A state-level seminar on the theme ‘Urban ground water management in Nagaland: issues and the way forward’, was jointly organised by Jal Shakti team of Dimapur Government College (DGC) and Swachhta action plan committee, Unity College, Dimapur, on November 3 at DGC seminar hall.
