22 february, 2021 Moldova citizens believe that at the present moment it is more important for the country to approve a new Government than to hold an early parliamentary election, as per the findings of the opinion research Vox Populi, which were presented at Infotag by the Association of Sociologists and Demographers of Moldova on Monday. The poll showed that an urgent government formation “for solving burning problems” is favored by 41.6% respondents, and the holding of an early parliamentary election is favored by 38.7%. However, 15.5% interviewed citizens were indifferent to both ideas, and 4.1% were uncertain. 27.2% said they believe that the best candidate for prime minister would be Platforma DA leader Andrei Nastase; 25.3% Mariana Durlesteanu (proposed by the parliamentary majority of the Party of Socialists and the Platform “For Moldova”); 15.5% Natalia Gavrilita (officially nominated by President Sandu); 7.5% Our Party leader ....
