Jonathan W. Allen, 30, of 65 School St. was charged Wednesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts each of violation of probation and violation of a protective order.
Andrei Young, 30, of 184 Yantic Road was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.
Frisco Johnson, 35, of 12 Stanton Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.
Sarah R. Ford, 34, of 61B School St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Wilfredo Rodriguez-Claudio, 29, of 30 Sherman St., Norwich, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.
