the verdict and i would not be surprised at all to see them specifically targeting the judge in this case for allowing more victim witnesses to come in talking about the operandi. there is a big difference between this trial and the first trial. i m sure they are going to try to tart that this was prejudicial and that the verdict should be overruled and there should be a mistrial. i have to imagine that s exactly what they are plan and i wouldn t be surprised to see a motion challenging the conviction. what i think is interesting is separately from this case what happens externally in the rest of this country that this case and conviction opened the door to both in more civil and criminal cases that are now allowed to move forward because of this decision. this will overturn a lot of the gag rule in the civic
